Andrea Elson

Andrea Hope Elson was an American actor. Elson started her acting career as child actor/model and later as a an actress professionally, is most well-known for her role as Alice Tyler as seen on the CBS science-fiction drama. Andrea was picked to portray Lynn Tanner in the popular series ALF in 1986. The actress worked for several popular TV shows, including Movies of the Day before making the decision to leave the industry and focus her attention on her children. Andrea Elson played Lynn Tanner in ALF as the teen daughter to Kate and Willie. People's retrospective of 2000 on Elson revealed that it was hard for her to grow into a woman who could stand when she was in the presence of a sitcom audience. This blonde New York City actress was born on March 6, 1970. Her father worked in advertising, and she was raised up travelling because of it. Before she was ten years old she had lived between New York Chicago San Diego as well as Los Angeles. Andrea was able to find an agent in San Diego and won her audition for her first part. Fusco was in favor of the idea, saying that "ALF is two hundred and eighty-five years old. He can drink beer he's old enough. However as ALF became more popular with children NBC informed Fusco that if he was drinking when the children are watching it's a bad role model. Fusco still believed ALF was an adult, and was able to handle alcohol. The year 1995 was the year he was diagnosed with lymphoma. It was treated successfully and his cancer was in remission until the year 2019. At the Lillian Booth Actors Home of Englewood in New Jersey on June 26, 2019 he died from this disease at 75.
